Alte Rose is the antagonist in the song Bara no Tou de Nemuru Himegimi from Sound Horizon's Maerchen. She has long blonde hair with her bangs covering her left eye. She is garbed in a cloak with a striped black dress beneath suited by a belt, also donning black elbow gloves (sometimes drawn as fingerless gloves).

It's implied she is Crimson Old Rose, the woman who raised Lafrenze.
