The titular female protagonist of Tokidoki Bosotto Roshia-go de Dereru Tonari no Alya-san, nicknamed "Alya". A half-Russian, half-Japanese first-year high school student, and a benchmate of Kuze Masachika.

She has blue eyes, large breasts, and long white hair with an ahoge. She wears a red ribbon on the right side of her hair.

Her school uniform consists of a red bowtie, grey jacket, white shirt with a wing collar, and black pleated skirt.
