This a new Tenchi Muyou! series, which is basically a set of 50 5-minute product placements for Takahashi City in Japan, who are funding it. It seems only vaguely related to the original series from the info we've seen so far.

There is a new Masaki Tenchi, who looks a bit less scraggly, but is recognizable. The harem has been rotated out (like tires) for a new ridiculously strong ogregirl Kinojyou Beni and student council president Kawanagare Momo.

Character design is by noted zettai ryouiki fetishist Yasuda Suzuhito of Yozakura Quartet, Devil Survivor 1, and Durarara!! fame.
