abdul hakim

Abdul Hakim is the main antagonist of the Cowboy Bebop episode Stray Dog Strut. He is a serial pet thief who captured a "data dog" from a group of scientists who were illegally experimenting on it. The dog would later be adopted by Bebop Crew, and was named Ein.

He was voiced by Ryūzaburō Ōtomo in the Japanese Dub and by Joe Romersa in the English Dub.
