Fate/Grand Order’s depiction of Yamanami Keisuke, the general-secretary of the Shinsengumi. He was part of the assassination of Serizawa Kamo and became the organization's second-in-command after Kondou Isami took over until he deserted for unclear reason and committed seppuku once he was detained, after which Hijikata Toshizou replaced him.
Originally introduced as an NPC in the GUDAGUDA Yamatai-koku event, then became summonable as a Saber-class Servant in the GUDAGUDA Shin Yamatai-koku event.
