A ninja hunter in Ninja Slayer. He is a cyborg, but is not possessed by a ninja soul. He wears a black yakuza suit and a tengu mask, carries a jet pack and dual "automatic yakuza guns". He has been fighting against ninjas since long before the re-birth of Fujikido Kenji as the Ninja Slayer.
