Touhou's Yakumo Yukari taking on the appearance of a little girl (not necessarily a loli). The design is based off of her appearance in Curiosities of Lotus Asia (Danbooru post #174451), although it's not explained why she looks like that. It's probably because of asai genji's rendition.
