Japanese actor. Sometimes his first name is spelled "Issey".
His more well-known role is playing Kishibe Rohan in the live-action TV adaptation of Kishibe Rohan wa Ugokanai. He is also known for voicing Amasawa Seiji from Mimi wo Sumaseba in his youth.
