Born without arms, Starlia is an armless amputee that uses telekinesis to control two prosthetic arms, numerous silverine swords as her primary means of offense. Her unique multicolored eyes with cross-shaped pupils allow her to see the silverine aura of living beings.

Often wears a white, sleeveless dress with a sash around her waist, hair flowers in her purple hair.
