She has low-tied long black hair with a longer sidelock similarly tied low (these are frequently misinterpreted as being twintails), ahoge, brown eyes, and medium breasts. She wears a white kimono top worn hadanugi dousa-style, a bandeau, red tasuki, a black pleated hakama short skirt, and brown thighhighs patterned off her real-life flight deck.
She has an earnest, but nervous personality, possibly related to how she sank before she was capable of proving herself in battle. Her lines refer to eagerly wanting to prove her worth or worrying that she isn't worthy.
