Hellsing character. A Warrant Officer in Millennium and member of the Werwolf Squad. He is a cat boy with flippedblonde hair, red eyes, and an androgynous appearance, who dresses in a Hitler Youth uniform. He possesses the ability to be "everywhere and nowhere"; because he exists in a state of quantum uncertainty, his location and physical status are entirely determined by his own cognition, and can be altered at will.
