A character created in the 1960s by hot rod artist Ed "Big Daddy" Roth. Intended to be the opposite of Mickey Mouse, Rat Fink is an anthropomorphic mouse, green or sometimes gray, with bulging, bloodshot eyes and a protruding tongue.
