A ghost representing a Pokémon "hidden" in mist in the Pokémon Tower. Found in the games Pokémon RGBY, FRLG, and LGPE.
It says "Get out..." It can't be battled or captured.
In Pokémon SV, the Ghost-type Tera Jewel resembles the ghost's sprite.
Additionally, it is one of MissingNo.'s forms in Generation I.
