Tenth game in the Touhou series, ninth in the mainstream lineup, fifth in the Windows generation, and fourth mainstream game in the same generation.

An unusual spring has befallen in Gensokyo - flowers from all seasons start blooming at the same time. Various girls, with various reasons, wander around gathering clues in search of a solution, one which will lead them to a lackadaisical shinigami and her busybody employer.

The game features the "versus system" introduced in the PC-98 generation's Phantasmagoria of Dim.Dream.

Notorious for its manual, which gave Cirno her nickname "⑨".
