Owen (オーエン) is a wizard that resides within the Northern Country. A sarcastic guy with a foul mouth; he enjoys the fearful eyes of people and has no faith in others. A dangerous person who is cautious of other wizards. Cain Knightley, from the Central Country, has a history with him and they have an especially brutal relationship.
