OBS Studio is a screencasting/livestreaming application. A free and open-source product ("OBS" stands for "Open Broadcaster Software"), it is available on a range of platforms and is commonly used by livestreamers and virtual YouTubers. It is also frequently blamed for technical difficulties encountered by its users, either seriously or for comic effect.
