The main character from the video game Hatred. His name was originally The Antagonist, with "Not Important" being a fan nickname that became official.
He looks like a thirty or forty year old man with long, dark, greasy long hair partially covering his face, an unshaven chin, and a constant frown. He wears a long black trenchcoat, and is rumoured to be colourblind. He's often depicted with a weapon, usually an assault rifle, and is often depicted as "edgy".
Personality-wise, he's mentally stable, and thus doesn't act out of insanity, but he's still a hateful, sadistic, ruthless mass-murderer who takes pleasure in indiscriminate murder and torture. He has nothing but scorn for life, and doesn't mind killing himself if it means taking people with him.
He's extremely tough and resilient, but has a shitty laugh.
