Almost certainly an abyssal version of Yamashiro, considering the numerous visual similarities and the fact that she and her sister ship Fusou both sunk in the Surigao Strait (which is also the location that Map E-4 represents).
Her damaged sprite (Danbooru post #2929892) has her alone and rather distraught, echoing Yamashiro's infatuation with her sister.
