She wants to order a メンカタカラメヤサイダブルニンニクアブラマシマシ (menkatakarameyasaidaburuninnikuaburamashimashi) ramen and say it loud and clear. She's very surprised and slightly scared when she gets a large bowl of jirou ramen she can hardly eat.
The order is so strange it is thought to be a magic spell, but it comes from the actual way of ordering noodle firmness and free toppings at Ramen Jiro.
