A non-playable Honkai: Star Rail character, first appearing in the game's 3.2 story as a member of Okhema's Council of Elders and as a warden for Amphoreus. Later appears as the enemy boss for the 3.5 story.
His name is later revealed to be Zandar One Kuwabara, the founder of the Genius Society.
