Lead ship of the Royal Navy Leander-class light cruisers, HMS Leander, Azur Lane.
Leander has blue eyes and platinum blonde long hair. She wears a black collared shirt with an open white shirt with puffy short sleeves on top, and a red pleated high-waist skirt. Her waistband and shirt cuffs have plaid trim, and a white ribbon with miniature anchors is tied under her shirt collar. She has wrist cuffs that are extended where the button binds. Below the waist, she has black thighhighs with garter straps and brown loafers.
Her rigging is a split hull design with 4 twin-turrets and 2 quad-torpedo tubes. Two of her turrets are mounted directly onto the hulls, with the third being attached via a mechanical arm and the fourth being handheld. On her back is a smokestack.
