Kousaka Makoto is a jovial, handsome and high-spirited male otaku character from Genshiken who loves to smile, sleep, dress fashionable, watch anime and play video games (at which he excels to unbelievable levels).
Kousaka has a very bishounen appearance, which is extremely rare and unusual for the classic otaku stereotype.
Kousaka officially ends up paired with Kasukabe Saki during the first season of the Genshiken manga series.
