Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese destroyer Kisaragi. Character design by Kusada Souta, voiced by Hidaka Rina.
She has long brown hair with a hair ribbon, and purple/brown eyes which depend on the artist. She and her sister Mutsuki wear a white version of the class' uniform: a white shirt with green sailor collar, green pleated skirt, black thighhighs, and grey rudder footwear.
Her rigging consists of her real-life funnel and foremast on her back, a 12 cm single handgun mount, and 61 cm triple torpedo tubes on thigh straps.
In the third episode of the Kantai Collection anime she sinks, leading to a surge of fanart shortly after that episode. See Danbooru pool #9670. This is reflective of the real-life Kisaragi being sunk in the battle of Wake Island in December 1941.
