簪 かんざし 发簪(日式)
Kanzashi (簪) are hair ornaments used in traditional Japanese hairstyles, they are most often worn by brides and geisha. The Chinese name is 簪 (zan) or 釵 (chai), which have the same Japanese reading, kanzashi.
