A former assassin of the underground secret society known as the Continental, John was renowned as one of the deadliest men alive, and was so feared that the Russian Mafia called him "Baba Yaga", after the legendary bogeyman figure from Russian folklore.
When tragic circumstances lead to the son of a local Russian mob boss making a very dire enemy of John, every member of the local criminal underworld soon learns just how bad a mistake setting off John Wick actually is.
