A Hypnosis Mic: Rule the Stage character.
A member of Desperado-004 that operates under the name "GENERAL". He was originally a soldier, but he later took on dark jobs in the underworld. He is a dangerous person who believes that violence and bloodlust are human instincts. That aside, he likes sweet drinks and syrups, and drinks things like gum syrup, condensed milk, maple syrup, etc. straight from the bottle.
Like the other members of his team, he's an escaped convict who shares the initials "J.J." with a member of The Dirty Dawg, Jinguji Jakurai.
