The third costume of VSPO!'s Hanabusa Lisa, as seen in Danbooru post #5166694.
A non-conventional Chinese-themed outfit.
In this costume, her hair is styled in twintails with double bun, and the base of the buns is encircled with what appears to be a white lace-trimmed ornaments atop her head, tied with black ribbon.
For the torso, she wears a set of clothing in Chinese style consisting of what appears to be a pink Chinese-styled shrug with a high collar similar to mandarin collars. The shrug has puffy elbow length sleeves with arm cutouts on both sleeves ornamented with a flower-shaped cloth. Under the shrug, she wears a cropped white frilled shirt with a see-through cleavage. The cropped top hinted a slight midriff and ornamented with a black ribbon from the neck part until the cropped end of her top and to her right thigh and left hip. She also wears a lace half gloves. Alternatively, if these are too much, you can probably just put china dress and pink dress and call it a day.
Below, she wears a white miniskirt under a pink overskirt that serves as a pelvic curtain. She wears asymmetrically styled white thighhighs in which her right thigh-high is connected with an o-ring to what appears to be a single pantsleg under the skirt. For shoes, she wears black flats with ankle strap.
