A recurring villain of SNK's Fatal Fury, Art of Fighting, and The King of Fighters series.
Voiced primarily by Kong Kuwata, he is infamous for his Engrish quotes across numerous titles. When he's not wearing a nice suit, he is almost always fighting wearing a red hakama.
