Ferdinand Marcos is the notorious President and dictator of the Philippines, well known for leading the Philippines under Martial Law for two decades. He was toppled from power through the widely known and bloodless People Power revolt, led by eventual president Corazon "Cory" Aquino, the wife of his slain rival, Benigno Aquino Jr.
