Feo Ul is a non-player character from Final Fantasy XIV. They are a pixiewith the peculiarity of seeking new objects and experiences rather than child-like fun & games.
After the previous Titania's defeat they succeed to the title in place of the Warrior of Light in order to preserve his or her mortality and self.
In-game, they give access to retainers while the Warrior of Light is in the First.
