Wing Commander of the Fuso Imperial Army 1st Fighter Squadron. She was injured during the Fuso Sea Incident and opened a cafe after retiring. Close friends with Kitagou Fumika.
Her familiar is assumed to be a cat of some sorts, and she's based on Katou Toshio.
