After Eren Yeager spent the previous few chapters cruelly and nonchalantly destroying his personal relationships with his childhood friends, including his love interest Mikasa Ackerman, he finally reveals that it was all a ruse to accomplish his goals. He breaks down in tears and further reveals that he doesn't want Mikasa to move on or forget about him after his impending death, desperately saying "I want her to remember me for life, at least for 10 years after I die!" This quote is the Japanese name for this meme.
