Dù Fǔ hěn máng - "Du Fu is very busy"
A meme started by Chinese students tired of reciting the works of the classical Tang poet Du Fu, who began sharing their doodlings over illustrations of him in their textbooks (typically the 20th century Chinese artist Jiang Zhaohe's famous work) that portray him in fantastical or anachronistic situations.
Later, other artists in both China and Japan began creating increasingly sophisticated derivative works based on the idea.
