This tag should be used, along with spoilers if necessary, any reference to a character being the Death Devil. This could include any mentions within the artwork itself, commentary, and in the title. More examples may include imagery such as skulls, "Fami's" stomach wound and more.
In chapter 198, the Death Devil is revealed to be "Fami", who was up to that point using the name and identity of the Famine Devil. Prior to the reveal, it was assumed Famine Devil was the Death Devil. As so, some artwork of her depicts her as the Death Devil.
