One of the main characters in Turma da Mônica (Monica's Gang) and Turma da Mônica Jovem (Monica Teen).

He is a boy who mispronounces the letter "r", replacing it with "l" (Portuguese version), or with "w" (English version).

He constantly makes "infallible plans" to steal the title of "owner of the street" from Mônica.
