Instead of being a White Blood Cell, he and the Neutrophils are part of the Black Blood Cell group. U-1146 in particular is much more aggressive, violent, and possessive than his main universe counterpart, especially concerning Red Blood Cell AE-3803. He also tends to be more sexual in this alternate universe.
