Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese light cruiser Abukuma. Character design by Konishi, voiced by Nomizu Iori.
She has long blonde hair in an elaborate hairstyle featuring double bun and hair rings reminiscent of Tsukino Usagi, and blue eyes. Her base outfit is shared with her sisters Kinu and Yura: a buttoned white shirt with light green sailor collar, light green pleated skirt, and black knee boots.
Her rigging consists of four 14 cm single gun mounts (two on her wrists, two on her rig), held by a funnel piece to her back.
She is a somewhat high-strung and self-conscious girl. She tends to fuss over her hair excessively, apparently as a joke about how her bow was destroyed in a collision with Kitakami. Kitakami is portrayed as having a teasing/dominant relationship with Abukuma because of this (see Danbooru pool #7431).
