A 3-episode science fiction OVA released in 1990.
The A.D. Police Files series is a cyberpunk prequel to the original Bubblegum Crisis mecha series from the 80s.
The OVA was produced by Youmex and animated by Artmic and AIC. Its first episode was released in May 25, 1990, while the last one was released in November 22, 1990. Each episode was 26 minutes long.
A.D. Police Files was originally intended to be a more complete and longer mini-series, but due to a legal conflict between Artmic and Youmex, the production of the series was stopped with only three complete episodes made, thus they were released as an OVA instead.
