A Singaporean editorial cartoonist, born in 1963. He studied business at Ngee Ann Polytechnic (graduating in 1983). Started drawing career since 1984. Heng's works have been featured in The New York Times, Newsweek, Asahi Shimbun, Lianhe Zaobao and many others.
